Are you a certified surgical technologist (CST) looking to enhance your certification? 69·çÁ÷’s transition program is designed for students who are currently a CST and are interested in earning their associate of applied science (AAS) degree in surgical technology. Obtaining the associate degree creates other career advancement opportunities, which can lead to increased achievement, compensation and personal satisfaction.

69·çÁ÷ offers the following program to successfully transition those with a CST to an AAS in surgical technology.

Students can begin the program any semester; however, SGT 220 is a required course and only offered in the fall and spring semesters.

Cost

For the 2024-2025 academic year (fall 2024, spring 2025 and summer 2025), surgical technology (SGT) classes have a tuition rate of $280 per credit hour for in-district residents. All other classes in the program have a standard in-district rate of $140 per credit hour. Get more information on tuition and fees.
