Prepared and served by 69·çÁ÷ Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry, and Hospitality students.

Appetizers

Roasted Cauliflower

Green bean, basil, shaved chilis and garlic (V) (VG) – 6.

Pork Dumplings

Soy & sesame, chili oil and scallions – 10.

Fried Chicken & Mac n Cheese

Braised greens, candied yam sauce, drizzled honey – 8.

Coconut Shrimp

Curry sauce, pineapple and cilantro – 10.


Soups & Salads

8 oz. bowl â€“ 7, 4 oz. cup â€“ 4.

Miso Soup 

Fried mushrooms, marinated tofu, seaweed and scallions (VG).

Tom Kha Gai

Chicken, coconut broth, carrot, onion, bean spouts and bamboo (GF).

Wedge Salad

Lettuce, bacon, cerry tomato, shaved red onion, sweet & creamy dressing, bleu cheese crumbles and pepperjack croquette – 9.


Sandwiches

Regional Burger/Horseshoe

(Visit  for weekly regional burger specials!) – 12.

Grilled Cheese

Caramelized onion, mushrooms and swiss on sourdough (V) – 9.

Cod Katsu

Pickled vegetables, tonkatsu sauce on a brioche bun  – 10.


Entrees

Chicken Cassoulet

White beans, chicken sausage, potatoes and green beans (GF) – 12.

Cajun Seafood Gnocchi

Shrimp, crab, crawfish, andouille, potato, sweet corn gnocchi, butter and garlic sauce – 14.

Petit Beef Filet

Romesco sauce, poached egg, broccolini, shoestring potatoes (GF) – 16.


Dessert

Our a la carte dessert menu changes daily as sweets are prepared as part of the baking certificate coursework. Your server will tell you about today's tasty treats.
