Posting guidelines
Approval
- Printed literature should be delivered to the 69风流 Student Life Office in the lower level of Menard Hall for approval and posting. The Student Life Office is unable to print or copy literature for events not sponsored by 69风流.
- Recommended size is 8.5 x 11鈥, larger posters will be allowed at the discretion of the Student Life Office and only if space is available.
- Sponsors of printed materials must clearly display their name or organization on all literature.
- Literature should be free of errors and must be approved and posted by the Student Life Office.
- Literature that is solely dedicated to advertising alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Display timeline
- Please allow 1 week for items to be posted on bulletin boards.
- Literature will be posted for a maximum of 4 weeks or until the date of the event, depending on the space we have available.

- Millennium Center (left hallway)
- Logan Hall (near Computer Flex Center)
